The company adheres to international standards (such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001) through the rigorous application of the following:
Hazard Identification and Assessment (HIRA): Conducting a thorough and comprehensive inspection of each work site before commencing work to identify potential hazards and develop control plans.
Stop Work Authority: Every employee at Taj Sumer, regardless of their position, has the full right and authority to stop any activity if they perceive a safety risk.
Ongoing Training: Regular training courses are provided to employees on first aid, firefighting, and handling hazardous materials in oil and electrical facilities.

Electrical Work: Implement the LOTO (Loose-Out) system to ensure power is not switched on during maintenance.
Confined Spaces: Restrict entry to confined spaces until gas levels have been checked and a safety supervisor is present.
Safe Driving: Adhere to traffic regulations within oil fields and construction sites, use seat belts, and observe speed limits.
